Dolly-Parton

born on January. 19 1946 Locust Ridge Tenn into a low-income family that would ultimately consist of 12 children Dolly Parton learned early to get away from the struggles of life by using her vivid and broad imagination. Her songs were written before she was able to write and read. In 8 years, she was playing her first guitar. When she was 11 years old when she was 11, she began singing at the Knoxville Tennessee radio station. The first album she recorded was during the same year on Gold Band Records, a small label that was an independent. While in high school, she established herself in the local community, however her ambition was bigger. She relocated to Nashville the day after graduating in 1964. Dumb Blonde (both 1967) as well as Something Fishy were among her first Monument Records chart-topping records. Porter Wagoner, a syndicated show on TV in the late '60s, was looking for a female singer for his program. Parton joined Grand Ole Opry 1969 after contracting with RCA Records. In 1974, she quit Wagoner's show due to the commercial success of her singles like Joshua Coats of Many Colors or Jolene was way ahead of their joint release. Parton wrote "I will Always Be Loving You" for Wagoner shortly after they separated. The song hit the top spot at No. 1 for the first time in 1974.
