Meagan Good's mom Tyra was just a teenager when she worked at Panorama City as a manager as well as her father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman from LAPD. The acting career of Meagan Good began around age four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. In 2012, she was active on T.V. and in films her roles included Mya and the character of Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man with a large cast and Dysfunctional Friends, which starred a smaller group. Killmer attended Baylor University Waco Texas. The school awarded her an B.F.A. degree in the performing arts. The degree was obtained in the year 2010. She began her on-screen career in 2010 on the web series If You Can Dream. After starring in numerous local plays Kara Killmer made her on-screen debut in 2010 on the pilot episode of Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. The series on Hulu called If I Can Dream revolves around the lives of a group of performers who reside in Hollywood California.
