Ariel Tweto
Ariel Tweto, a well-known as a pilot and TV host by profession is one of the most popular personalities in South Africa. Her fame grew when she was featured on the reality TV show Flying Wild Alaska. She also appeared in Wipeout which is a game show. The charity she co-founded was Popping Bubbles to talk to teens about why they should pursue their dreams. Ariel Tweto is worth over 1 million dollars. Ariel was born 14 December 1987 in the town of Unalakleet the USA state of Alaska to Jim Tweto Jim Tweto and Freno Tweto. Ariel Eva Tuadraq Atauchaq Tweto changed her name after she was born. Alya is the only sibling. She met her parents as a child athlete in Alaska, trying to get players interested in the game. Her father was in love with her and got married to her mother. They later started the Era Alaska aviation company. Ariel and Alya each grew up in Nome Census, The state of Alaska. Ariel went to Emerson College as well as Alya earned a degree in communications from Chapman University. Ariel was an infant actor when she was first seen in Wipeout. She became famous in the episode where she asks for an object she is unable to perceive, yet is before her. When the filmmakers saw the interest of the audience in her story, they approached the Tweto family to create an documentary on the Tweto family who live in Alaskan wilderness. Jim Tweto, her father, is skeptical, but he agrees to allow the camera roll in his office. Era Alaska, his aviation business, as a bush pilot remains in operation. Flying Wild Alaska on Discovery Channel became a hit instantly due to the fact that it highlighted all the challenges Twetos face in running their aviation businesses. The majority of Americans appreciate the fact that they have to live in a place which recalls the old Wild West. In the face of nature's brutality the fans are able to sympathize with and cheer with Twetos when they win. Jim's wife Ferno is responsible for everything on the ground as Jim is in the bush pilot's chair. Ariel is positive in spite of the turmoil. Ariel's parents who piloted her Jim & Ferno inspired her to develop an interest in aviation from the beginning. Flying Alaska 2011-2012 follows Ariel as she makes her way towards becoming a pilot. In April 2012, she was able to obtain her pilot's license. She is in charge of managing her family's business after her dad retires. One of the major concerns of the majority of Alaskans has to do with the high rates of suicide in teenagers, which can be as high as seven times that of the average national rate. Ariel has responded by co-founding Popping Bubbles. She visits school and youth groups for young people to speak to them about ways to live their lives and pursue their ambitions, and not succumb to depression.
